Step 2 - Detail Design ... just $599 with our money-back, satisfaction guarantee. From the day your basement is measured you will receive your completed plans within 3 days.

Finish accurate space measurements.
Review design requirements in detail.
Create a computer-aided design for your space using professional-caliber architectural software.
Create a 3D rendering and virtual tour for your design.
Review and refine the design with you and your family.
Generate accurate detail estimate from architectural plans.
Review estimate and adjust design or finishing options to fit budget.

Design work is started right in your home. This keeps you actively involved in the design, cuts turnaround time and eliminates costly mistakes.

Other companies charge fees of $1,000 to $2,000 or more for design and offer no money-back guarantee.

Step 3 - Review (FREE)

When your design and estimate is complete, we review everything with you at our showroom or your home. This includes the printed architectural plans, computer diagrams, 3D models and detailed estimates. Our dynamic 3D renderings enable you and your family members to "walk through" your space in finished form, so you can be confident with your design and make changes before it's too late.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your design, we'll keep the plans and refund your design fee, no questions asked.

We also give you references to call. We want you to validate the positive experience our other customers have had ... not just with design, but also with execution.

By now, you have a complete basement design. You've had a chance to work with us and measure our style and standards of performance. And you have still haven't risked a dime. No other basement finishing company makes this phase of your project this safe and easy. But that is not all...

Step 4 - Decide

Now you can approve your job and proceed with construction ... or shop around before you decide.

In the former case, we will credit your design fee to your construction contract. In the latter case, you are ahead of the game with a $500 to $1,500 savings on design at NO RISK. After you shop, you can still come back and have your design fee credited against your contact if you decide to work with us.
